“Coffee, Tea or Me” was the title of a book – The Uninhibited Memoirs of Two Airline Stewardesses. The title says it all. When this “naughty, authentic” best seller was published in 1967, stewardesses were renowned as the good-time girls of the skies. Women wanted to be them, men wanted to have them – and plenty did, according to the authors, Trudy Baker and Rachel Jones.
