Costume Guild Nominations for Oscars

Every year the Oscars bring the best of the movie world to the forefront, showcasing the best of the best. The lists of nominations are all being released for everyone to debate over. The use of costumes in movies help to create and set the tone. From large musical pieces with colourful 50’s dresses, and complex period films with stunning ball gowns to the contemporary where imagination runs wild like the creations in Alice in Wonderland. The Costume Designers Guild is the latest to reveal the nominations in their respective categories.
